This is my truffula tree cutter design. It is environmentally friendly because insteed of cutting the whole tree down it pluck's the fluff to let the fluff grow back quickly. Insteed of toxicating the air with petrol my truffula tree cutter runs completly on water. The truffula tree cutter also plants seeds, when plucking the fluff off the truffula trees.
