When you do physical shopping, there are benefits. you don't have to worry about the arrival of your shopping as well as it taking days to get to your location. With online shopping you can't ask questions such as “do you have any more of that toothpaste in stock?”

The benefits of online shopping are you can avoid traffic and car park hunting, instead of taking hours to go to each and every store to see what items they provide it takes about 5 minutes to do online shopping. Online shopping can help parents avoid massive tantrums and meltdowns from kids needing to own or eat items
If you're someone who likes to buy things when you do online shopping you are likely to get distracted by the items.
I think that online shopping is probably the best option, but on the other hand online shopping might not work for you, and physical shopping might be better.
